September 15th, 2007 - Jason asked Sarah's parents for their blessing as he was planning on asking Sarah to marry him during their vacation in Ireland.  Her parents were ecstatic and more than happy to give Jason their blessing.

September 20th, 2007 - It was a cloudy afternoon in Dublin.  Sarah and Jason walked around Temple Bar, visited St. Patrick's and walked down O'Connell Street.  At around 5:00 p.m., Jason convinced Sarah to enjoy a stroll along the Liffey River, as this was their last day in Dublin before venturing out to the Irish countryside.  Reluctantly, she agreed to the walk and was pleasantly surprised when at the end of their stroll, Jason got down on his knee and proposed to her right beside the Ha'penny Bridge!

They meant to celebrate their engagement that night with a romantic dinner, but got "sidetracked" and ended up consuming crazy amounts of Guinness at the Bernard Shaw Pub with their good friend Shiralle. 

And so, a new chapter begins!
